Welcome to Courtnevaro Co.. By accessing our website or renting our equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Courtnevaro Co. provides portable toilet rentals, restroom trailers, hand wash stations, and related sanitation services to construction sites, events, and private clients throughout North Carolina and surrounding areas.

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a written rental agreement that specifies unit type, rental period, delivery location, servicing frequency, and pricing. Rentals begin on the agreed delivery date and continue until pickup is completed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your rental agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers. Late payments may incur fees and could result in service suspension.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accessible delivery and pickup locations
• Ensure units are used only for their intended purpose
• Notify us promptly of any damage, tipping, or vandalism
• Not move units after delivery without our authorization

5. Damage & Loss

Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including vandalism, tipping, and loss. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery incur no fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Courtnevaro Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rental use. Our maximum liability is limited to the total rental fee paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
